Sau đó cho thịt đã ướp vào đảo săn, khi thịt săn lại thêm nước sôi cho ngập mặt thịt, nêm 1 muỗng cà phê hạt nêm, 1 muỗng canh nước mắm, 2 muỗng cà phê đường và kho nhỏ lửa.
