Sủi cảo Trung Quốc là món ăn ngon nổi tiếng của người Hoa, được nhiều người ưa chuộng dùng ăn sáng hoặc cho các bữa ăn phụ. Với công thức làm sủi cảo nhân thịt băm sau đây, mình sẽ hướng dẫn các bạn tự làm vỏ sủi cảo và nhân sủi cảo tại nhà một cách đơn giản và dễ dàng mà không cần phải tìm ăn ngoài tiệm.
Tự làm vỏ sủi cảo: Rây 500g bột mì, 1/2 muỗng cà phê muối, rưới từ từ nước ấm (dưới 30 độ C) vào thố bột, trộn đều, dùng tay nhồi bột thành khối đồng nhất. Phủ một chiếc khăn ẩm lên trên mặt thố bột, để yên khoảng 20 phút cho bột nghỉ.
Làm nhân sủi cảo thịt băm: Cho thịt heo bằm ra tô lớn, thêm vào 1/2 muỗng cà phê đường, 1 muỗng cà phê muối, 1/2 muỗng cà phê hạt nêm thịt gà, 1 muỗng canh rượu nấu ăn, 1 muỗng cà phê nước tương, 1 muỗng canh dầu ô liu và trộn đều. Thêm thì là đã thái nhỏ vào, dùng tay nhồi cho hỗn hợp nhân sủi cảo được trộn đều.
Sau khi bột làm vỏ sủi cảo đã nghỉ khoảng 20 phút thì bạn sẽ đem nhồi bột sơ vài phút rồi vê thành trụ dài có đường kính 2-3cm. Dùng dao cắt thành những lát mỏng đồng đều rồi cán mỏng dẹp.
Gói bánh sủi cảo nhân thịt băm: Múc một muỗng nhân thịt băm trộn thì là cho vào giữa của vỏ sủi cảo, gấp mép bột tạo hình sủi cảo như hình. Phần vỏ thừa và nhăn sẽ nằm ở phía cao hơn. Thành phẩm sủi cảo sẽ trong hơi bầu và cong như thế này.
Cho nhiều nước vào nồi. Cho sủi cảo vào, đậy kín nắp vung đun sôi. Khi nồi sủi cảo sôi thì bạn mở nắp, đổ vào một chén nước lạnh và đun sôi trở lại. Lặp lại tương tự việc cho thêm nước lạnh và đun sôi thêm 1-2 lần nữa là được.
Vớt sủi cảo nhân thịt băm ra đĩa, chuẩn bị thêm một chén nước tương cay thơm để chấm ăn kèm nữa là tuyệt. Có nhiều cách làm sủi cảo Trung Quốc ngon và trên đây là một công thức về sủi cảo mà mình thấy khá là đơn giản, thích hợp cho những bạn lần đầu vào bếp cũng có thể nấu được một cách dễ dàng.
