Bánh sữa chua nướng là món ăn vặt đơn giản, dễ làm tại nhà, thích hợp dùng ăn chơi hoặc đãi khách đến nhà chơi. Chiếc bánh sữa chua nướng nở mềm xốp, vị chua chua, béo béo, thơm thoảng hương trứng gà, cực hấp dẫn. Cho sữa cho vào thố trộn, thêm 5 lòng đỏ trứng gà, 10g đường trắng, 1 muỗng canh dầu bắp, dùng phới lồng đánh tan đều. Sau đó, rây thêm vào 90g bột mì, khuấy cho quyện đều.
Vắt 5ml nước cót chanh vào lòng trắng trứng gà, dùng máy đánh trứng đánh ở tốc độ thấp.
Chia chỗ đường bột làm 3 phần đều nhau, cho một phần đường bột vào lòng trắng trứng, đánh bông đều. Tiếp tục thêm 1 phần đường bột và đánh tiếp. Lặp lại thêm một lần nữa là được.
Cho 1/3 chỗ lòng trắng trứng vừa đánh vào thố lòng đỏ trứng, dùng "kỹ thuật flod" trộn đều. Tiếp tục trộn đều thêm 1/3 chỗ lòng trắng trứng. Cuối cùng đổ chỗ hỗn hợp vừa trộn vào thố lòng trắng trứng còn lại, trộn thành hỗn hợp đồng nhất.
Đổ hỗn hợp làm bánh sữa chua nướng vừa trộn vào khuôn bánh, gõ nhẹ cho lắp kín các khoảng trống. Đặt khuôn bánh lên khay nướng, đem nướng bánh sữa chua ở 160 độ C trong khoảng 45 phút là bánh chín.
Đợi bánh sữa chua nướng hơi nguội thì có thể cắt nhỏ và thưởng thức rồi nhé. Những miếng bánh sữa chua nướng nở mềm xốp, vị ngọt dịu, chua chua, béo ngon, thơm thoảng hương trứng cực hấp dẫn.
