Bánh mì nướng nhân táo với những lát bánh mì sandwich được cắt bỏ các viền ngoài, cán dẹp. Sau đó, bọc kín nhân táo ngào, phết đều lòng đỏ trứng rồi cho vào lò nướng ở 180 độ C trong khoảng 10 phút là được.
Táo gọt vỏ, bỏ lõi rồi cắt nhỏ hạt lựu trộn đều với 3 muỗng canh nước cốt chanh để táo không bị thâm.
Cho vào nồi gồm: Táo, 30g đường, 20g bơ, đun lửa vừa. Nấu đến khi táo chín mềm thì cho vào 1/2 muỗng cà phê bột quế, đun tiếp 2 phút rồi tắt bếp, để nguội.
Cắt có viền ngoài của bánh mì sandwich, dùng chày cán thật mỏng các lát bánh. Lần lượt múc vài muỗng nhân táo đã nguội vào vào bánh rồi gắp đôi lại cho bọc kín nhân. Dùng cạnh muỗng ấn các đường bên mép ngoài cho bánh dính. Đánh tan lòng đỏ trứng, dùng cọ quét nhẹ trứng lên bề mặt bánh.
Mở trước lò nướng ở 180 độ C. Xếp bánh lên khay có lót sẵn giấy nến, cho bánh vào lò nướng khoảng 10 phút là được.
