Cà rốt gọt vỏ, rửa sạch, thái hạt lựu nhỏ. Ớt chuông bỏ hạt, cắt hạt lựu nhỏ. Ớt sừng bỏ hạt, thái nhỏ. Gừng gọt vỏ, rửa sạch, thái chỉ. Ngò rửa sạch, để ráo, cắt nhỏ. Đậu hũ non cắt làm bốn và đem hấp chín trong vòng 12 phút.

Làm nóng dầu ăn trên chảo, cho gừng, ớt vào xào thơm rồi thêm ớt chuông, cà rốt vào đảo đều. Nêm 1 muỗng canh nước tương, 1 muỗng cà phê tương ớt, 1 muỗng cà phê hạt nêm chay vào đảo đều cho đến khi cà rốt, ớt chuông chín thì tắt bếp.
